"All gave some, some gave all."

The Viet Nam Women's Memorial

Viet Nam Womens Memorial

While the VMBL is a memorial to those that gave their all we must not forget nor ignore those that are seriously and grievously wounded, both physically and mentally. These veterans will live, without complaint, with serious disabilities for the rest of their lives. Help them and, most importantly, honor them.

The U.S. casualty figures listed below are from reliable sources but, by their nature, are not 100 percent accurate. They are presented so the reader can get some sense of the sacrifices made over the years that enable us to enjoy our freedoms today. Freedom is not free.
