Rental Agreement

You can use the Rental Agreement Form to reserve your event at the War Veterans Memorial Building. You will need Microsoft WORD to open this file. To complete the form, open the link and fill in the blanks. The Rental Rates will be given to you after you submit the form (or you can call the Building Manager at 925-283-1153 and discuss the form as you fill it out).

When you are done filling in the information, save the form (from the File menu, select "Save As") and deliver it to the Building Manager either by email (preferred), fax or postal delivery.
